Real Assets are the way to go (or to invest) forlong term growth and performance. Especially if the investor maintains a buy-and-hold mindset, targeted to long term stable investments … and to high dividend yields.
EU REIT indexes are complex to monitor since in total 6 different currencies are involved. Contrary to – for example – US based assets, where every index component gets traded in the same currency
