Despite the Ups and Downs we saw in almost every asset class during the last 12 month, eREIT performance still holding up against volatility seen in many other indices. Especially even when compared to the same period of time of the previous year.

Equity REITs stock performance decline in the first six month of 2023 resulting almost entirely from decreasing demand in various office REIT segments.

US eREITs are part of high performing, non volatile Asset Class and as such to be classified as Asset Backet Securities. Real Assets are the way to go (or to invest) for long term growth and performance. Especially if the investor maintains a buy-and-hold mindset, targeted to long term stable investments … and to high dividend yields.
